Each Friday I will bring you three stories in cruising keeping you informed and up to date. Primarily the stories will be cruise related but I will sprinkle in some others as well.
Grand Cayman
On December 28, 2021, Grand Cayman will welcome their first cruise ship back since March of 2020. Holland America Nieuw Statendam will call on the port. Restrictions will apply for passengers getting off the ship and the ship has to meet requirements. Some will be crew and passengers must be fully vaccinated, the ship cannot have anymore than 1600 passengers, the port must be the first stop on the itinerary and more. Unfortunately this does not mean Grand Cayman is totally open for all cruise ships, it will be handled on a ship by ship basis. That being said, we are getting closer to normal. 
Black Friday Deals

Norwegian Joy
NCL returned their 9th ship to service this past weekend with the Norwegian Joy. Joy will sail from Miami to the Western Caribbean through the winter. She will also embark on a special 11 Night Holiday Sailing on 12/3/21 to the Eastern and Southern Caribbean visiting ports like Curacao, Aruba, St Thomas and more. This also marks the 4th ship to return to Miami for NCL.
