Carnival Introduces 4 New Brews

In April, Carnival Cruise Line will introduce their newest ship, Carnival Horizon. Horizon is the sister ship to the Vista and will have all the same features including SkyRide, the IMAX theater and Red Frog Pub and Brewery.
But the Horizon will introduce a new dining venue called Guys Pig & Anchor Smokehouse/Brewhouse  developed by celebrity chef Guy Fieri. At the brewhouse, 4 new craft bears will be introduced.

The first ParchedPig Smoked Porter is brewed with smoked malt and offers flavors including molasses and hickory smoke. 

The second, ParchedPig Farmhouse Ale, will offer a blond color and fruity taste.

The third, ParchedPig Toasted Amber Ale, includes notes of toasted caramel and biscuit.

And the last, ParchedPig West Coast IPA, is Carnival’s version of a traditional West Coast India Pale Ale.

The restaurant will be an up charge restaurant offering al a carte dining except on embarkation day and sea days when it will offer a BBQ buffet lunch.
The Horizon will debut April 2nd in Europe and will arrive in Miami in the fall to sail the Caribbean.
