 In April 2022, the brand new Celebrity Beyond will debut. The third in the Edge Series, Beyond will be a higher, longer and will feature more venues. Celebrity Cruise Line has up the game with the brand new Beyond, the third in the Edge Series behind Edge from 2018 and Apex from 2020. The Beyond brings an expanded Retreat area, Resort Deck, added venues and more. The Retreat The Retreat, a resort space exclusively for suite guest, has been redesigned by Kelly Hoppen. They have redesigned suites like the two story Edge Villas which feature outdoor plunge pools and the biggest suites in the fleet, Iconic Suites. The new two story Retreat Sundeck has secluded cabanas and new seating where you can enjoy the sea air plus water features to cool off and then have a drink at the Retreat Bar. In addition, they have redesigned the relaxing Retreat Lounge and the exclusive restaurant Luminae now located at the front of the ship. Expanded Resort Deck The resort deck is 40% larger than its sister ships. Includes an expanded Rooftop Garden with more private nooks and more seating at the Rooftop Grill. You will also find an adults only Solarium, and the highlight two floating pools cantilevered six and a half feet off the side of the ship. Magic Carpet Of course the Beyond will feature the iconic Magic Carpet, a cantilevered venue located on the side of the ship. This acts as a dining venue, bar and even tender platform. It rises and lowers depending on the function and provides unobstructed ocean views for dinner or sipping your favorite cocktail. She will debut from Southampton England in April 2022 and then sail from Barcelona and Rome on Western and Eastern Mediterranean cruises. Then she will cross in October to New Jersey when she will reposition to Ft. Lauderdale to sail the Caribbean for the winter.
