Let's check out some of the cruise news from this week. Royal Caribbean and Bahamas Paradise in the news.
Royal Caribbean Releases Alaska 2023
Royal Caribbean has released Alaska sailings and rates of the 2023 Season. As with next year, they will have 4 ships sailing the region. Ovation and Quantom of the Seas will sail from Seattle, Enchantment of the Seas will sail from Vancouver and Radiance of the Seas will sail between Vancouver and Seward. Royal Caribbean offers ports like Skagway, Ketchakan, Icy Straight Point and cruising the Hubbard Glacier.
Cruise with Confidence
Celebrity and Royal Caribbean both extended the book by date for the Cruise With Confidence Program to January 31, 2022. This means you can book your next cruise by that date and you are protected in the case of cancellation. The program allows you to cancel your cruise up to 48 hours prior to sailing and get a Future Cruise Credit in the value of the cruise amount paid. And if someone in your party test positive for COVID 19, you can get a full refund. Applies to sailings departing on or before May 31, 2022. This gives you a little peace of mind when making your investment into your cruise vacation.
Margaritaville at Sea
This week it was announced, Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line will rebrand to Margaritaville at Sea. The only ship owned by Bahamas Paradise, Grand Classica will be renamed to Margaritaville Paradise. Beginning in April the ship will sail from Port of Palm Beach and visit Grand Bahamas Island. The Paradise of course will feature the design and feel Margaritaville Resorts and restaurants are know to provide.
