Currently in order to visit Hawaii,  you must quarantine for 14 days in the home or hotel where you are staying. Does not make for much of a vacation and not much of a reason to visit Hawaii. 

A couple of months ago, Hawaii announced you would be able to avoid that 14 day if you can prove a negative COVID Test taken 72 hours prior to arrival. Las month it was push back from an August 1st start date to September 1 but it may be pushed back again. Decision will be made once more numbers are in.
