We all know about frequent flyer miles and hotel points but did you know you can earn points and amenities while sailing on cruises. Well you can and Royal Caribbean has the Crown & Anchor Society where you can earn points towards different levels.
The levels are:
With each level, you start getting benefits different benefits. As you reach a level, your benefits will begin on your next cruise. For example, you reach the number of points needed for Platinum on your current cruise, you will begin getting Platinum Benefits on your next cruise. Each night is worth 1 point with some additional points..
Gold 3 Points
After your first cruise, 3 nights or longer, you will reach Gold status. At the Gold Level, you will get Special offers onboard that are pre loaded onto your SeaPass Card plus 25% off close in sailings.
Platinum 30 Points
Once you hit Platinum, this is where the real benefits begin. You get all the benefits of the Gold plus more.
Emerald 55 Points
Of course you get all the benefits of the Gold and Platinum and add more.
Diamond 80 Points
Reaching Diamond comes with some fantastic benefits including the Diamond Lounge.
Diamond Plus 175 Points
It will take some dedication but I believe you can get to Diamond Plus if you try. And you will get the pay off.
Pinnacle Club 700 Points
this is the highest level you can reach and you cannot beat the rewards.
So as you can see, Royal Caribbean has a very robust program allowing you to save on balconies early on. Be sure you are signed up on Crown and Anchor on your first cruise so you start earning points.
