 On December 23. the brand new Carnival Jubilee will make her debut in Galveston Texas. Jubilee will be the third in the Excel Class ships and will feature all of the favorites from Mardi Gras and Celebration including the rollercoaster BOLT. As with anything, Texas does it big. The Jubilee dawning the Texas star on the hull will celebrate each cruise with the Lone Star Tailgate Deck Party. Carnival has created the fictitious University of Carnival and will tailgate each cruise as if its game night. The patties will feature games, races along with celebrating Texas born musical artist. The party band will be the Backyard Band who I have seen on Mardi Gras and they are fantastic. According to Insider Travel, the party will have the energy and fun of a country fairground or rodeo and will be for all ages. Carnival Jubilee will sail seven night Western Caribbean itineraries year round from Galveston Texas.
