Second, mask will now be optional for all passengers whether indoors or out. This will all begin with sailings March 1, 2022 and I hope it will be a sign other cruise lines will do the same. Mask are also not required while eating or drinking or while on outside decks. This will begin with sailings after February 15, 2022.

This will include anyone vaccinated or unvaccinated who have recovered from the virus within three months of sailing. And passengers must have recovered at least 10 days prior to sailing. You will need documentation to prove it. Physical or digital copy of the results from the initial infection. Additionally, guest will need to go through additional screening at the terminal. See Carnival.com for more details and of course refer to your travel advisor or Carnival for up to date protocols.
